Buyer eligibility.
Products marketed by Veelyon Lab are exclusively intended for scientific and laboratory research.
Veelyon Lab reserves the right to request proof of professional qualifications, laboratory affiliation or other documentation to verify the intended use of the products.
Veelyon Lab may refuse, suspend or cancel an order when the buyer's eligibility or the intended use cannot be confirmed.

Review the selected identity, nominal format, source documentation and Veelyon COA status before ordering. Source-sample results do not establish results for a different lot or finished presentation. Availability and batch-specific documentation must be confirmed for the material supplied.
Prices and promotional offers.
Catalog prices are in US dollars. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown or confirmed separately before payment. One promotional offer applies at a time; review its eligibility and the selected formats and quantities in your cart.
Payment and order acceptance.
Stripe is the selected payment provider. Online payment is not available yet. A saved cart or price estimate is not an accepted order, payment receipt or shipment confirmation.
When ordering becomes available, review the final total and applicable terms before authorizing payment. An order requires a separate acceptance confirmation. Never send card details to support by email.
Shipping, changes and returns.
