Shipping rates.
The cart estimates standard shipping at $15 below $100 in product value, and $0 from $100. The threshold uses the product subtotal before promotional savings. Prices are in US dollars.
Destination eligibility, the carrier, delivery options, taxes and any additional charges must be confirmed before payment. A cart estimate is not a dispatch confirmation.
Volume selections and delivery times.
A qualifying volume selection uses a $0 shipping estimate when every selected compound reaches 10 units. Priority delivery and an adult signature depend on the destination and available carrier service.
Any two-business-day option refers to the carrier transit estimate after dispatch. It is not a guaranteed order-processing or arrival time. Ask support to confirm the service for your destination.
Shipment issues.
For loss, theft, transit damage or an incorrect item on a confirmed order, contact [email protected]. Retain packaging, labels, tracking details and photographs so the issue can be reviewed with the relevant records and carrier.
Resolution depends on the order record and the circumstances. A shipping estimate does not represent separate insurance coverage.
Returns and cancellations.
Contact support before returning any research material or to request cancellation. Return instructions and any available resolution depend on the item, its condition and the order status. Do not send material back without written instructions.
These terms do not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
